The weather couldn’t have been more perfect for the July wedding of Elizabeth and Garrett. Framed by the gorgeous backdrops and blooming vineyards of Ponte Winery in Temecula Ca, they were brought together as one by Garrett’s father, who conducted the service in an emotionally charged ceremony packed with friends and family. The reception was held in Ponte’s awesome newly constructed 4200 sq foot Vineyard Pavilion, graced by an awesome staff and a meal fit for a king. Garrett and Elizabeth’s adoring personalities, warm affection, and natural photogenic qualities matched with good looks made them a true pleasure to photograph. A moment alone in the Vineyards of Ponte
The shot below was just for fun… My bride had seen this hanging in an office at Ponte and asked me to give it a try. Not sure who the original photographer was who came up with the idea, but it was definitely cool! I used a tripod and dragged my shutter down to 0″5. ISO was 1600 with the aperture at f5.6. Of course, the slow shutter also captured the movement of the sparkler wielding artists, too.
