For those who sit and wonder about the on-line dating world, and if it ever really works, well I am here to tell you it does. That is exactly how Katherine and Zack met, on E-Harmony. It was early August when these two connected through email. After sending several emails back and forth they decided it was time to meet in person. The date: August 20th, little did they know that this would be the beginning of the rest of their lives. Zack drove to Temecula from Camp Pendleton to meet Katherine. She was getting ready for the date and I shattered a bright red bottle of nail polish in a white bathroom and ended up being 45 minutes late. When she finally met up with him she told him what had happened and he said he though he was being stood up. After dinner they went walking along old town Temecula. As they were walking Zack put the reciept from dinner in his pocket ( which is a normal thing but his response that followed was not) and said “I collect receipts” taking a few more steps realizing that he told her this on their first date he followed with “I can’t believe I just told you that.” I laughed and said that as long as I knew him, I would tease him about that. It was included in my vows. We ended up going to a park and talking more after dinner. After that we have been inseperable.
